 Our home education provision offers a supportive, creative and hands-on environment for learners who thrive outside the traditional classroom. Trail Blazers in our home ed group engage in experiential learning that builds confidence, curiosity and real-world skills.

Designed to be inclusive, flexible and empowering, especially for neurodivergent learners or those needing an alternative approach, our sessions align with Curriculum for Excellence outcomes while remaining learner-led and interest-driven.

Empowering young people to take the next step.

Our Employment Programme supports young people and adults who face barriers to work. Based in a peaceful rural setting, participants known as the Fossilfield Trail Blazers build confidence, learn practical skills, and gain real qualifications.

With a focus on wellbeing, responsibility and hands-on learning including animal care and team projects, the programme offers a safe and supportive path into employment, training or further education.
